HV RCS 890 RV Connection System

Aptiv High Voltage Round Contact System (RCS) 890 Reduced Version (RV) Connection System features ErgoMate™ Axial Mating Assist System on the harness connector for easy assembly. The connectors have a maximum current of 200A, a maximum voltage of 1000V, a V1 vibration level, and IP67 / IP6K9K. The series offers bundle shielding with external braid, panel mount to device with face seal to module mating, and two-stage disconnect for safe unmating. The product offering includes the 800 series contacts and seals. Aptiv RCS 890 RV Connection System is designed for AC/DC inverters, DC/DC converters, high-voltage batteries, power electric boxes, and high-voltage power distributor unit (PDU) applications.

HV RCS 890 SW Connectors

Aptiv HV RCS 890 SW Connectors are high-voltage (HV) connectors designed for compact environments. The series features 600VDC maximum voltage and 210A maximum current. Aptiv HV RCS 890 SW Connectors also provide high water protection from its sealed unmated header. These connectors include a slider feature that offers easy assembly and maximum pressure surface in limited-space conditions.

HV RCS 890 Direct Mate 2 Way Connectors

Aptiv HV RCS 890 Direct Mate 2 Way Connectors offer a 200A maximum current, 850VDC voltage, and IP67 sealing class. These connectors feature an unshielded terminal holder within the device, replacing traditional shielded headers and a sealed header in both mated and unmated positions. Direct Mate 2 Way connectors are finger-safe via plastic tips on male pins, providing cable ranges up to 50 mm2. Aptiv HV RCS 890 Direct Mate 2 Way Connectors are ideal for HV batteries, DC/DC converters, and AC/DC inverters.
