CG6 & CG7 Ultra Small SMD Gas Discharge Tubes

Littelfuse CG6 and CG7 Series Ultra Small Surface Mount Gas Discharge Tubes offer high surge ratings in a miniature surface mount package. The CG6 and CG7 Series Ultra Small Surface Mount Gas Discharge Tubes provide high levels of protection against fast-rising transients caused by lightning disturbances. CG6 and CG7 series tubes are able to divert 3kA (CG6) and 1kA (CG7) pulses without destruction. Both series are designed for the protection of electrical, multimedia, and communication equipment against over-voltage transients in SMD assembly applications. The low insertion loss of these devices from Littelfuse makes them ideal for broadband equipment applications.

Ethernet ESD, Lightning, & Power Fault Protection

Littelfuse Ethernet/PoE ESD, EFT, Lightning, and Power Fault Protection ensures that the power fault overcurrent can be protected with Telelink fuses. The TVS Diode Arrays and SM712 series are specifically designed to protect RS-485 applications from ESD, EFT, and lightning-induced surges. When lightning occurs, the SIDACtor will react by causing voltage to increase across PPTC until GDT fires.
