These systems support power conversion and a DC bus with a rectifier diode that converts AC line voltage to DC. The fuel-powered/hybrid military Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) systems provide TVS diodes, fuses, and MOSFETs for semiconductor switches, surge protection, and rectification. These systems offer AEC-Q/MIL-grade products across various functions. Typical applications include Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), military, and border surveillance.

Drone Subsystems

Littelfuse Drone Subsystems offer solutions for USB-C PD and Li-ion battery chargers, battery pack systems, and BLDC motors. These subsystems offer fuses for various functions, including AC input overcurrent protection and fault isolation, protection of the battery and downstream controller, pack, wiring, and controller. LA Varistors

Littelfuse LA Varistors are radial lead, transient voltage surge suppressors (MOVs) that are designed to be operated continuously across AC power lines. These UL-recognized varistors require very little mounting space and are offered in various standard lead form options. Littelfuse LA Varistors are available in model sizes 7mm, 10mm, 12.5mm, 14mm, 20mm, and 23mm. They have a voltage range from 130V to 1000V, and an energy absorption capability up to 360J.

Consumer Drone Systems

Littelfuse Consumer Drone Systems offer solutions for battery chargers, battery systems, and payload systems. These systems provide Schottky diodes for output rectification/reverse blocking, TVS diodes for secondary protection against voltage transients, and fuses to protect the power stage from overcurrent. The systems offer USB-C® for consumer drones with a 5V to 48V range and up to 240W (typical 100W to 140W), and provide battery protection for <60V. Typical applications include photography/video, FPV racing, and recreational flying.
