Designed with SOI technology, these drivers are ideal for applications that require noise immunity against severe negative transients and ground offset up to -80V. The FAD3151MXA and FAD3171MXA versatile drivers offer features like desat detection, soft shutdown, fault reporting capability, UVLO protection, and a charge pump.
