Analog Devices Himalaya Step-Down Switching Regulators are the "Peak of Cool" because they offer the latest switching regulator technology for cooler in-circuit operation. Products in this family all feature internal FET switches, synchronous switching architecture, support for multiple operating modes, and an extensive voltage input range. This family supports output currents of 25mA up to 5A. The Himalaya feature set results in switching regulators that provide the highest efficiency in the industry. This high-efficiency results in lower operating temperatures and very high input voltage tolerance (up to 60V), resulting in a robust, long-lasting regulator.

MAX15062 Synchronous Step-Down Converters

Analog Devices Inc. MAX15062 High-Efficiency High-Voltage Synchronous Step-Down Converters come with integrated MOSFETs that operates over a 4.5V to 60V input voltage range. The converter delivers output current up to 300mA at 3.3V. The device operates over the -40°C to +125°C temperature range and is available in a compact 8-pin (2mm x 2mm) TDFN package.
