This thyristor features a planar passivated chip structure for long-term stability and excellent ruggedness. The CMA160E1600HF single thyristor offers efficient heat dissipation, a compact footprint, and compatibility with industry‑standard mounting methods. This device is fully RoHS compliant and uses UL 94V‑0 epoxy materials to meet stringent environmental and safety standards. The CMA160E1600HF single thyristor is ideal for line rectification at 50Hz/60Hz, soft-start AC motor control, lighting and temperature control, DC motor control, and power converters.
