These Vishay suppressors feature a low-profile SMC (DO-214AB) package, making the diodes ideal for automated placement. The 1.5SMC family offers excellent clamping capability and very fast response times, ensuring reliable protection for ICs, MOSFETs, and signal lines in consumer, computer, industrial, automotive, and telecommunication applications. The devices are available in both unidirectional and bidirectional configurations, with a peak pulse power capability of 1500W and a maximum junction temperature of +150°C.
