Supervisores de voltaje de precisión TPS3850/TPS3851

Los supervisores de voltaje de precisión TPS3850/TPS3851 de Texas Instruments combinan un supervisor de voltaje de precisión con un temporizador de vigilancia de ventana programable. El comparador de ventanas TPS3850/TPS3851 logra un 0.8% de precisión (–40° C a +125° C) para los umbrales de sobretensión (VIT+(OV)) y baja tensión (VIT–(UV)). El TPS3850/TPS3851 también incluye histéresis precisa para ambos umbrales, haciendo que el dispositivo sea ideal para utilizarlo con sistemas de estrecha tolerancia. La demora de REAJUSTE del supervisor se puede establecer a través de la configuración de demora predeterminada programada de fábrica, o programada a través de un capacitor externo. La demora de REAJUSTE programada de fábrica cuenta con un cronometrado de demora de alta precisión, con un 15% de exactitud. El TPS3850/TPS3851 incluye un temporizador de vigilancia de intervalo programable para una amplia variedad de aplicaciones. La salida de control dedicado (WDO) permite mayor resolución para ayudar a determinar la naturaleza de las condiciones de falla. Los dispositivos TPS3850-Q1 cumplen con la normativa AEC-Q100 para aplicaciones automotrices.
