Supervisores de voltaje Nanopower TPS3840/TPS3840-Q1

Los supervisores de voltaje de alto nivel de entrada Nanopower TPS3840/TPS3840-Q1 de Texas Instruments incluyen una amplia Vin que permite monitorear rieles o baterías de 9 V sin componentes externos y rieles de 24 V con resistores externos. Nano-Iq extiende la vida útil de la batería para aplicaciones de bajo consumo; además, minimiza el consumo de corriente cuando se utilizan resistores externos. La función de demora de inicio rápido permite detectar un fallo de voltaje antes de que se inicie el resto del sistema, lo que ofrece una máxima seguridad en condiciones peligrosas de fallos de inicio. Su reinicio de encendido (VPOR) de baja potencia evita falsos reinicios, habilitación prematura o encendido del siguiente dispositivo, y el control adecuado de transistores durante el inicio y el apagado.
