PadLED COB & SMD LED Heat Sinks

Wakefield Thermal PadLED COB and SMD LED Heat Sinks for active and passive cooling are designed with a 99.7% high-purity aluminum cold forging process. The simple rectangular blade in a radial pattern allows for excellent convection heat dissipation. Wakefield Thermal PadLED heat sinks are compatible with light modules such as Edison, Xicato, Bridgelux, Osram, Lumileds, Cree, Tridonic, LG, Lustrous, Prolight, Samsung, SHARP, Luminus, and Philips.
