Panasonic Industry AQY217GS PhotoMOS^® are solid-state relays capable of delivering 200V load voltage and 1.8Ω low on-resistance. The low on-resistance helps in lower heat dissipation and faster turn-on activation speed. The AQY217GS series offers high switching capability and can handle both AC and DC loads. Other features include longer life cycles, better resistance to shock and vibration, and a theoretically infinite life cycle.
