Laird Tflex™ CR550 2-Part Dispensable Gap Filler transfers unwanted heat in automotive onboard chargers, control boxes, power modules, and DC/DC inverters. The 1:1 mix is applied through a variety of dispensing equipment, and the A+B putty material cures in place after dispensing and mixing to fill gaps, including large ones. The cost-effective solution offers vertical stability and mid-range thermal conductivity of 5.4W/mK.
