LS12052BD33 eFuse with Overvoltage Protection

Littelfuse LS12052BD33 eFuse with Overvoltage Protection is an 18V 5A integrated load switch that uses few external components and offers multiple protection modes. The LS12052BD33 provides a robust defense against overload, short circuit, input voltage surge, excessive inrush current, and reverse current blocking with an external NFET. The low 25mΩ RDS(ON) helps reduce power loss during typical operation, and the current limit level can be set with a lone external resistor. Littelfuse LS12052BD33 eFuse features a fixed overvoltage 14.4V output voltage clamp and a wide 2.7V to 18V input voltage range in a small 3mm x 3mm 10-lead DFN package. Applications include hard-disk drives (HDDs) and solid-state drives (SSDs), adapter-powered devices, notebook PCs, PCI and PCIe cards, and industrial.

Protection eFuse ICs

The eFuse IC portfolio includes a variety of diodes, load switches, and limit switches that offer a 2.7V to 28V input voltage range and a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C or +150°C.
