It offers 40% space savings, enhanced EMC performance, and very fast switching rates compared to discrete solutions without compromising EMC. Ideal for BLDC automotive applications up to 150W, the Infineon Technologies TLE9954QSW40-33 ensures efficiency and reliability in a custom-made QFN package.
