Texas Instruments SN74CBTLV3253-Q1 1-of-4 FET MUX/DEMUX device is a dual 1-of-4 high-speed FET device. This MUX/DEMUX is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using Ioff. The SN74CBTLV3253-Q1 device is functionally equivalent to QS3253 and has a 5Ω switch connection between two ports. This device operates over a -0.5VCC to 4.6VCC supply voltage range and a +150°C junction temperature. The SN74CBTLV3253-Q1 FET MUX/DEMUX device is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. Typical applications include diagnostics and monitoring, zonal architecture, body control modules, HVAC control module, analog and digital multiplexing and demultiplexing, ADAS, automotive head unit, and telematics.
