Hammond Manufacturing Hygienic Type 4X Stainless Steel Enclosures
Hammond Manufacturing Hygienic Type 4X Stainless Steel Enclosures are designed to enclose pushbuttons and indicators while protecting against harsh and hygienic environments. These pushbutton enclosures are sloped on four sides to prevent water from resting on top, regardless of enclosure orientation. The hygienic Type 4X enclosures feature Hex head design screws and door-edge mounted silicone gasket for easy cleaning in hose-down environments. These enclosures provide a wide range of sizes and practical accessories. The hygienic Type 4X enclosures comply with UL 508A Type 3R, 12, 4, and 4X, NEMA 3R, 12, 4, and 4X, and IEC 60529, IP69, and IP69K rating.

- Gasket can be easily removed and re-installed for cleaning or replacement
- Multiple pushbutton hole configurations with either 22.5mm or 30.5mm notched holes
- Continuously welded seams ground smooth
- Bonding stud provided on door and grounding stud installed in enclosure
