Microchip Technology ATSAMA5D27 Wireless (WL) System-On-Module 1 (SOM1) is a single-sided SOM based on high-performance 32-bit Arm® Cortex® A5 processor. The ATSAMA5D27-WL SOM1 embeds the SST26VF064BEUIT-104I/MF 64Mb serial quad I/O flash memory device. This wireless SOM1 simplifies the design rules of the main application board and reduces the overall PCB complexity. The ATSAMA5D27 SOM1 from Microchip Technology reduces time-to-market by simplifying hardware design and software development. This SOM1 operates at a 3.0V to 5.5V voltage range. Applications include industrial and automation, security and alarm systems, IoT gateway, human-machine interfaces, smart applications, and access control panels.Features
