Atmosic Technologies ATM22x1 Extreme Low Power BLUETOOTH® 5.0 SoCs

Atmosic Technologies ATM22x1 Extreme Low Power BLUETOOTH® 5.0 System-on-Chip (SoCs) integrate a BLUETOOTH® 5.0-compliant radio with an Arm® Cortex® M0 application processor. The ATM22x1 SoCs offer 128KB Random Access Memory (RAM), 4KB One-Time Programmable (OTP) memory, and sophisticated power management. With 1mA active Rx and 2.5mA active Tx, the ATM22x1 SoCs are designed to extend the Internet of Things (IoT) battery life. Low-duty cycle operation support allows systems to run significantly longer without battery replacement. Supported innovative wake-up mechanisms provide options for further power consumption reduction. The Atmosic Technologies ATM22x1 Extreme Low Power BLUETOOTH® 5.0 SoCs are available in three package types to meet various I/O and form factor requirements.
