Diotec Semiconductor LDI1117 Low Dropout Voltage Regulators

Diotec Semiconductor LDI1117 Low Dropout (LDO) Voltage Regulators are designed to provide a fixed output voltage of 3.3V with ±1% tolerance at up to 1.35A output current. These voltage regulators feature thermal overload protection, short circuit protection, and high output current. The LDI1117 voltage regulators are assembled in the SOT-223 case outline that offers a rear cooling area for easy heat removal. This allows the voltage regulators to be used even at higher ambient temperatures. These voltage regulators feature a junction temperature of 125°C for a thermal shutdown. Typical applications include control boards of power supplies and motor drives, industrial controls, dishwashers, washing machines, and microwave ovens.
