Guerrilla RF GRF2117 Low Noise Amplifier/Gain Block

Guerrilla RF GRF2117 Low Noise Amplifier/Gain Block is designed for use in high-performance RF applications requiring low Noise Figure (NF), high gain, and linearity. This amplifier gain/block is manufactured using the GaAs pHEMT process and features excellent NF performance. The GRF2117 amplifier/gain block does not require external matching and comes in a compact 2mm x 2mm package. This amplifier gain/block offers 14.9dB gain, 16.8dBm OP1dB, 28dBm OIP3, and 0.9dB noise figure. The GRF2117 amplifier/gain block operates within the -40°C to 115°C temperature range. Typical applications include upper C-band LNA/driver, X-band LNA/driver, Ku-band LNA/driver, Low SWaP, 5G infrastructure, and military.
