The EVINVHPD2SIFS115008 features the current market benchmark setting Infineon power module: HybridPACK Drive G2 IGBT FS1150R08A8P3, and the most current EiceDriver gate drivers and Xensiv current sensors. These Infineon Technologies HybridPACK Inverter Evaluation Kits support engineers' design activities and enable quick evaluation and cross-reference tests via open design files.
