Infineon Technologies RASIC™ CTRX8188F 8Tx8Rx Radar Transceiver
Infineon Technologies RASIC™ CTRX8188F 8Tx8Rx Radar Transceiver features eight transmit and eight receive channels and is based on Infineon's second-generation CMOS technology. This radar MMIC enables centralized radar architectures to lower overall system cost while significantly enhancing performance over conventional edge-processing designs. The 77GHz device offers superior signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and noise figure performance, enabling 4D and HD imaging radar systems that detect vulnerable road users and vehicles up to 400m away. The CTRX8188F supports edge processing in combination with an Infineon AURIX™ TC45 microcontroller. The RASIC 8Tx8Rx radar transceiver is housed in an automotive-qualified flip-chip ball grid array (FCBGA) package, making it ideal for autonomous driving platforms, advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), and other automotive applications.
