Infineon Technologies TLE5109 Analog AMR Angle Sensor

Infineon Technologies TLE5109 Analog AMR Angle Sensor detects the orientation of magnetic field by measuring sine and cosine angle components with Magento Resistive (MR) elements. This sensor provides analog sine and cosine output voltages that describe the magnetic angle in the 0° to 180° range. The analog AMR angle sensor features separate supply pins for the top and bottom sensor and offers low current consumption and quick start-up. This AMR angle sensor is immune to airgap variations due to the MR-based sensing principle and is RoHS compliant. The TLE5109 analog AMR angle sensor operates at the -40°C to 125°C temperature range. Typical applications include BLDC motors, pedals, rotary switches, valve or flap position sensing, and Steering Angle Sensing (SAS).
