Littelfuse TMR Omnipolar Push Pull Switch Sensor
Littelfuse TMR Omnipolar Push Pull Switch Sensor provide a magnetically triggered digital switch with high sensitivity, high speed, and low power consumption. This switch sensor contain a Tunneling Magnetoresistance (TMR) magnetic sensor and CMOS signal processing circuitry, including an on-chip TMR voltage generator for precise magnetic sensing. The TMR omnipolar switch sensor integrates a TMR voltage amplifier, comparator, and Schmitt trigger to provide switching hysteresis for noise rejection and CMOS push-pull output. This switch sensor operates at low power with fast response, accurate switching points, excellent thermal stability, and immunity to stray field interference.
The TMR omnipolar switch sensor use internal band gap regulator to provide a temperature compensated supply voltage for internal circuits, permitting a wide range of supply voltages. This switch sensor output turns on (low) when the magnetic field parallel to the sensing axis exceeds the operate point threshold, BOP. The TMR omnipolar switch sensor is available in SOT-23-3, LGA4, and TO-92 packages. Typical applications include proximity switches, speed sensing, utility meters including as,water, and heat meters, low power, wearables and portable devices with magnetic actuation.
