Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPQ442 High-Efficiency Step-Down Converters

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPQ442 High-Efficiency Step Down Converters are synchronous, rectified, step-down converters with built-in power MOSFETs. These converters use synchronous mode operation to achieve higher efficiency over the output current load range. The current-mode operation provides a fast transient response and eases loop stabilization. Full protection features include overcurrent protection (OCP) and thermal shutdown. These devices require a minimal number of readily available, standard, external components. MPS MPQ442 High-Efficiency Step Down Converters are offered in both TSOT23-8 and QFN-8 packages.
