Nisshinbo NR1700 Input Adjustable Output LDO Regulators

Nisshinbo NR1700 Input Adjustable Output LDO Regulators are CMOS-based low-dropout regulators with a 42V input and 200mA output. The Nisshinbo NR1700 regulators offer high feedback voltage accuracy ranging from -0.5% to +0.7% and support an adjustable output voltage from 1.2V to 24V using a voltage divider resistor. Additionally, the devices ensure stable operation with an output ceramic capacitor range of 0.1μF to 100μF.
