onsemi NCP59771 LDO Regulators

onsemi NCP59771 LDO Regulators are 1A VLDO equipped with NMOS pass transistor and a separate bias supply voltage (VBIAS). The NCP59771 LDO Regulators offer very stable, accurate output voltage with low noise suitable for space-constrained, noise-sensitive applications.

The onsemi NCP59771 LDO Regulators implement a low IQ consumption, optimizing performance for battery-operated portable applications. The NCP59771 is available in a WLCSP6 1.4mm x 0.8mm chip-scale package optimized for space-constrained applications.
