onsemi NV24Cxx Serial I2C Automotive EEPROMs
onsemi NV24Cxx Serial I2C Automotive EEPROMs support the Standard (100kHz), Fast (400kHz), and Fast−Plus (1MHz)(NV24C64 only) I2C protocols. Data is written by providing a starting address and then loading 1 to up to 32 contiguous bytes into a Page Write buffer. Then, all data is written into non-volatile memory in one internal write cycle. The data is read by providing a starting address. The data is then shifted out serially while automatically incrementing the internal address count. The external address pins make it possible to address up to eight onsemi NV24C02, NV24C32, or NVNV24C64, four NV24C04, two NV24C08, and one NV24C16 devices on the same bus.Features
