Marktech Optoelectronics MTE2x MWIR Infrared Emitters are designed for applications requiring precise optical/mechanical axis alignment and IR radiation in the MWIR range. These emitters feature a 90° half-intensity beam angle, 100μA reverse current, high reliability, and 5V reverse voltage. The MTE2x MWIR emitters are available in a TO-5 metal can package. Typical applications include biomedical, optical sensors, optical communications, and gas sensing.
