Qorvo QM45508 5GHz-7GHz Wi-Fi® 7 Front End Modules (FEMs) are designed to enhance the performance of Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) systems. These modules integrate a multi-TX state power amplifier, single-pole three-throw (SP3T) antenna switch, bypassable low noise amplifier (LNA), and power coupler into a compact form factor. Optimized for a broad range of supply voltages (3.0V to 5.0V), the Qorvo QM45508 FEMs offer high linear output power, efficient power dissipation, and superior throughput. The receive path is engineered to maximize sensitivity with consistent noise figure performance across various conditions. Additionally, integrated die-level filtering for 2nd and 3rd harmonics and 2.4GHz rejection ensures robust operation in dual-band dual-concurrent (DBDC) environments. These features make the QM45508 FEMs ideal for mobile applications, smart home devices, and other consumer electronics requiring reliable and high-speed wireless connectivity.Features
