ROHM Semiconductor BSS670 Small Signal MOSFET is an N-Ch, 60V, 650mA small signal MOSFET designed for high-speed switching. The BSS670 features an ultra-low 2.5V drive and ESD protection up to 2kV (HBM). The ROHM BSS670 MOSFET is ideal for switching circuits, low-side load switches, and relay drivers.
