STMicroelectronics TN5050H-12x Silicon-Controlled Rectifiers (SCRs) are designed for industrial and power control applications. These devices feature a robust 1200V blocking voltage and a high surge current capability, ideal for demanding environments. With an average on-state current rating of 50A and optimized gate sensitivity, the TN5050H-12x SCRs deliver reliable switching for AC power control, rectification, and phase control circuits.
Engineered for durability, these STMicroelectronics SCRs offer excellent thermal performance and low on-state voltage drop, reducing power losses and improving efficiency. Available in multiple package options (including isolated and non-isolated designs), the TN5050H-12x SCRs support flexible integration into various assemblies.
