TDK B3271 Capacitors

TDK B3271 Capacitors are metallized polypropylene film capacitors designed for DC link applications, offering high thermal robustness for demanding automotive and industrial power electronics. These capacitors cover a capacitance range of 0.47μF to 110μF and exhibit good self-healing properties. The B3271 capacitors are designed with high-voltage and low-loss capabilities, offering high-current performance. The flame-retardant plastic case and epoxy resin sealing ensure durability and compliance with UL 94 V-0 standards. The B3271 series capacitors are RoHS compliant and meet AEC-Q200E requirements for automotive-grade reliability. These capacitors operate reliably up to 125°C and are available in 2-pin and 4-pin configurations. These B3271 capacitors are ideally suited for applications such as frequency converters, industrial and high-end power supplies, and solar inverters.
