TE Connectivity VITA Connectors
TE Connectivity's (TE) VITA Connectors are rugged, high-density, and high-performance interconnect solutions. These connectors are available in various series, such as VITA 46, VITA 61, VITA 62 VITA 66, VITA 67, and VITA 87. The TE VITA connectors are designed to offer high-speed data rates across adverse environmental conditions. Typical applications include aerospace, defense, and marine.
The VITA 46 connector architecture is featured in MULTIGIG RT 2 backplane devices and MULTIGIG RT 2-R connectors.
The VITA 61 connectors offer 500 mating cycles, and the VITA 62 connectors offer 50A and 20A contacts.
The VITA 66 optical backplane connectors can accommodate up to two MT ferrules.
The VITA 67 connectors allow backplane/daughtercard multi-contact mating and are compatible with the VPX package.
The VITA 87 connectors, available in 12- and 24-fiber options, can accommodate high-density ports and mating card slots.
