Teledyne Relays SHCDC DC Switching Solid-State Relays (SSRs) feature a low power dissipation output MOSFET and high switching frequencies suitable for applications requiring fast switching response times. The SSRs provide an LED indicator to visualize the status of control voltage presence. The SHCDC series also offers a clip-on IP20 protective cover and self-lifting terminals.
