Texas Instruments SN74LVCZ244A Octal Buffer/Driver
The Texas Instruments SN74LVCZ244A Octal Buffer/Driver is a dependable octal buffer/line driver option for 2.7V to 3.6V VCC operation. Organized as two 4-bit line drivers with separate output-enable inputs, the device transfers data from the A inputs to the Y outputs when OE is low and places the outputs in a high-impedance state when OE is high.
The TI SN74LVCZ244A supports input voltages up to 5.5V and is well suited for mixed-mode signal operation in systems using 5V input/output voltage with a 3.3V VCC. The device also offers Ioff support for live insertion, partial-power-down mode, and back-drive protection, along with latch-up performance exceeding 100mA per JESD 78, Class II.
The SN74LVCZ244A is designed for use in applications such as servers, databases, memory systems, network switches, PCs, and notebooks.
