Texas Instruments TLV187x High-Speed Comparators

Texas Instruments TLV187x High-Speed Comparators are 40V devices that offer rail-to-rail inputs with a push-pull output stage. These comparators can level shift via separate input and output supplies. This makes TLV187x well-suited for bipolar zero-cross detection applications or Class-D audio amplifier systems. The Power-On Reset (POR) feature ensures the output is in a known state until the minimum supply voltage is reached before it responds to the inputs. This prevents false outputs during system power-up and power-down. The TLV187x comparators operate at a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 40V (±1.35V to ±20V). These comparators are ideal for class D amplifiers, level translation, motor drives, and bipolar zero cross detectors.
