Texas Instruments TPS376XEVM Window Supervisor Evaluation Module
Texas Instruments TPS376XEVM Window Supervisor Evaluation Module (EVM) is designed to help evaluate TPS3762/TPS3762-Q1, a voltage supervisor. This family is an automotive-grade device supporting undervoltage and overvoltage supervisors and built-in self-test functionality. The TPS376XEVM is shipped pre-installed with the TPS3762D02OVDDFRQ1 device but can be used with any TPS3762-Q1 variant. The Texas Instruments TPS376XEVM offers connections to all input and output pins. Test points give users access to an extra connection for an oscilloscope or multimeter measurements.
