Texas Instruments TPS56624xEVM Converter Evaluation Modules

Texas Instruments TPS56624xEVM Converter Evaluation Modules (EVMs) are fully assembled and tested circuits for evaluating the TPS566242 or TPS566247 step-down converter. The TPS566242 operates in Eco mode to enable higher efficiency by varying its switching frequency in light-load conditions. The TPS566247 operates in FCCM to maintain a constant switching frequency. Both devices are 5A synchronous step-down converters in the SOT-563 package. The evaluation modules operate from 3V to 16V input (12V nominal) and provides a 1.05V output at 6A. The Texas Instruments TPS56624xEVM includes AC signal injection terminals for feedback loop measurements.
