The T3KN12CA through T3KN100CA offer a leadless DFN low-profile package with a typical height of 0.88mm. The Vishay T3KN12CA through T3KN100CA Surface-Mount PAR Transient Voltage Suppressors are compatible with the SMPC (TO-277A) package case outline. The devices provide sensitive electronic protection against voltage transients induced by inductive load switching and lightning on ICs, MOSFETs, and sensor-unit signal lines for automotive applications.
