Vishay Semiconductors VLMTG1400 Highbright 0603 ChipLED is a true green, 1400mcd, surface-mount LED ideal for small-scale, high brightness designs. The ChipLED measures 1.6mm by 0.8mm with an ultra-thin 0.55mm profile, enabling increased design-in flexibility. The device works reliably in demanding environments, making it ideal for smaller products of higher performance. Vishay Semiconductors VLMTG1400 ChipLED has a wide viewing angle of 146° and a typical wavelength of 525nm (true green). The ultra-bright InGaN chip technology produces a high luminous intensity of up to 2800mcd.
