NXP Semiconductors TJA1462 & TJA1463 CAN FD SIC Transceivers

NXP Semiconductors TJA1462 and TJA1463 Controller Area Network Flexible Data-Rate (CAN-FD) Signal Improvement Capability (SIC) Transceivers drive CAN FD signals with active signal improvement, reducing signal ringing in a network. These TJA146x transceivers feature a high-performance, highly symmetric transmitter and can operate CAN FD networks at significantly faster bit rates and in more complex network topologies. NXP Semiconductors TJA1462 and TJA1463 CAN Transceivers are available as pin-compatible replacements to conventional HS-CAN transceivers, fully compliant with ISO 11898-2:2016 standards, and backward compatible.
