Raspberry Pi IQaudIO HAT-Compliant Sound Cards

Raspberry Pi IQaudIO Hardware Attached on Top (HAT) Sound Cards deliver high-fidelity audio to existing Raspberry Pi-based projects/equipment. The plug-and-play devices include a pre-programmed EEPROM allowing Raspberry Pi OS to auto-detect and auto-configure itself. These sound cards each have a specific purpose and set of features while supporting 24-bit depth. The DAC+ and DigiAMP+ boards offer high-quality playback with support for up to full HD audio (192kHz). Ideal for compact projects, the Codec Zero supports up to HD audio (96kHz) and includes a built-in microphone.

Features

  • IQaudIO Codec Zero
    • Screw terminal for a single 1.2W speaker
    • Double Phono/RCA connector or 3.5mm socket for analog audio I/O up to 1V
    • 3.5mm socket for use with an external electret microphone, built-in MEMS microphone on the Codec Zero automatically disables when an external Mic in connector is used
  • IQaudIO DAC+
    • Double phono/RCA connector, normally red and white, variable analog signal (0 to 2VRMS)
    • 3.5mm jack socket for a set of headphones, can drive up to 80/90Ω impedance
