Renesas Electronics PS2711-1 Photocouplers

Renesas Electronics PS2711-1 Photocouplers are optically coupled isolators containing a GaAs (Gallium Arsenide) light-emitting diode and an NPN silicon phototransistor. The PS2711-1 features a high current transfer ratio (IC/IF), with 200% typical at 1mA forward current (IF). The PS2711-1 also offers a high isolation voltage (BV) of 3750VRMS. This device is offered in a compact 4-pin Small Outline Package (SOP), ideal for high-density applications.
