Texas Instruments ADS890xB SAR Analog-to-Digital Converters

Texas Instruments ADS890xB High-Speed SAR Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADCs) are high-speed, high-precision Successive-Approximation-Register (SAR) ADC. These ADCs include an integrated reference buffer and integrated Low-Dropout (LDO) regulator. Under typical operating conditions, the ADS890xB ADCs support unipolar, fully differential, and analog input signals with ±1ppm INL and 104.5dB SNR specifications. The integrated LDO enables single-supply operation with low power consumption. The integrated reference buffer supports burst-mode data acquisition with 20-bit precision for the first sample. The Texas Instruments ADS890xB supports external reference voltages in the range of 2.5V to 5V. The external voltages offer a wide selection of input ranges without additional input scaling.
