Toshiba TC78H660FNG Dual H Bridge Driver

Toshiba TC78H660FNG Dual H Bridge Driver is a highly integrated motor driver that combines DMOS power transistors with low on-resistance output transistors. The TC78H660FNG includes all the circuitry needed to drive two DC brushed motors or one stepping motor. A simple PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation) interface allows easy interface with the controller. The TC78H660FNG device operates off a single power supply and supports a wide input supply range from 2.5V to 16.0V. Internal protection functions are provided for thermal shutdown (TSD), over-current (ISD), and under-voltage lockout (UVLO). 

The Toshiba TC78H660FNG Dual H Bridge Driver is available in a P-TSSOP16 package and has an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
