STM32F105xx Connectivity Line MCUs

The STM32F105xx connectivity line microcontrollers incorporate the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M3 32-bit RISC core operating at a 72 MHz frequency, high-speed embedded memories (Flash memory up to 256 Kbytes and SRAM up to 64 Kbytes), and an extensive range of enhanced I/Os and peripherals connected to two APB buses. All devices offer two 12-bit ADCs, four general-purpose 16-bit timers plus a PWM timer, as well as standard and advanced communication interfaces: up to two I2Cs, three SPIs, two I2Ss, five USARTs, a USB OTG FS, and two CANs.

STM32 ARM Cortex™-M3 Connectivity Line

The STMicroelectronics STM32 ARM Cortex™-M3 Connectivity Line is a high-performance addition to the STM32 microcontroller (MCU) portfolio that introduces outstanding new features, including USB 2.0 OTG Full Speed 12Mbps, Ethernet MAC 10/100Mbps with Precise Time Protocol IEEE 1588 HW support, Dual CAN 2.0 Active, and Audio Class I2S. The MCUs in the STM32 Connectivity Line is designed for applications in which connectivity and real-time performance are a necessity: industrial control, control panels for security applications, and more. STMicroelectronics Connectivity Line MCUs feature 64 to 256KB on-chip Flash memory, up to 64KB SRAM, and 14 communication interfaces.

Microcontrollers

STMicroelectronics Microcontrollers contain a comprehensive range, starting from robust, low-cost 8-bit MCUs to 32-bit Arm®-based Cortex™-M3 Flash microcontrollers with a great choice of peripherals. ST has also extended this range to the ultra-low-power MCU platform EnergyLite™. Extensive support, through a combination of flexible and powerful development tools, training courses, consultancy, and web support, facilitates a faster time to market.

STM32 32-Bit Arm® Cortex®-M MCUs

STMicroelectronics STM32 32-Bit Arm® Cortex®-M MCUs are based on the Arm Cortex-M processor and designed to offer new degrees of freedom to MCU users. The MCUs offer a 32-bit product range that combines very high performance, real-time capabilities, digital signal processing, and low-power, low-voltage operation. This is achieved while maintaining full integration and ease of development.
