9175 & 9176-700 Capped IDC Connectors

KYOCERA AVX 9175 and 9176-700 Capped IDC Connectors feature a pre-assembled IDC cap with the IDC contacts. These W2B connectors can be surface mounted onto any PCB and terminated with wires without the need for special tooling. Offered as an expansion of the standard 9175 and 9176 series, these connectors have the same PCB footprint as the standard series and offer a current rating up to 10A. The single-piece plastic cap is available as through wire and wire stop. KYOCERA AVX 9175 and 9176-700 Capped IDC Connectors are well-suited for connecting discrete wired components to a PCB; bringing power, ground, or signals into a PCB; daisy-chaining multiple PCBs together, and replacing soldering wires to a PCB.
