The StrongIRFET™ 2 power MOSFETs in 30V deliver exceptional robustness, up to 40% RDS(on) advancement, and up to 60% lower FOMQg compared to the previous StrongIRFET power MOSFET 30V technology.
With enhancement, depletion-mode options, and industry qualification, the MOSFETs are ideal for industry and consumer markets. The automotive grade P-Channel power MOSFETs in 60V to 100V are suitable for load switches and switching converters in both automotive and non-automotive applications.
