ROHM FDZT RASMID Zener Diodes are housed in smaller non-leaded 0402 (SOD-992, DSN0402-2) packages and geared toward smaller portable electronic applications. This package, usually found in TVS/ESD diodes, offers more options in Zener for precious board space needed. The FDZT feature high reliability, high protection levels of ±8kV and a dimension tolerance of ±10um.
